Celina Paredes
For years, I’ve dedicated myself to serving my community in a variety of settings, from community clinics to crisis counseling, and I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ community. My work as a 911 crisis counselor especially taught me the importance of holding space during life’s most difficult moments. I believe that everyone has a story and that every story matters. Whether you're facing challenges related to relationships, trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, or other life transitions, I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore and heal. Together, we can build insight, break patterns, and create new paths forward. My goal is to walk beside you on your journey toward wellness so that when you leave, you feel empowered, grounded, and ready for what's ahead.
