Chase Uribe

Hi! My name is Chase Uribe and I'm a Clinical Therapist and Associate Clinical Social Worker with TheraCare Wellness in Redlands, CA where I see people In-person and Telehealth all over California. I see children, adults including individuals and couples and facilitate wellness workshops. I provide Reasonable Accommodation Letters and ESA Letters. Creating a safe and affirming space for my clients is a priority for me. I firmly believe that self-growth is a process that takes time, intent and most of all self-love. I help my clients develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Based) goals as part of recovery. I support clients through modalities/techniques such as Person-Centered Theory, Solutions-Focused Theory, Strengths-Based and Empowerment, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Crisis Theory and Intervention, Motivational Interviewing and Motivational Enhancement Theory and Ecotherapy/Nature-Therapy. I have experience supporting people navigate various concerns regarding their wellness including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief from loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, suicidal ideation/thoughts, trauma and have experience supporting diverse folks including LGBTQ+ folks.
