Hi, my name is Chauntel and I am an Atlanta native who is passionate about coaching. I bring an ignited passion for empowering people to better health through coaching! My coaching experience spans a diverse portfolio of populations including those living with acute and chronic conditions. Throughout my experience, I have always enjoyed utilizing my coaching skills and techniques to co-create with people lifestyles tailored to their individual and customed to what is possible for them to achieve their best health-- mentally, emotionally, and physically. My role is to support you in navigating what works for you and your lifestyle, AND what does not. This looks like experimenting with different approaches that you believe may help your health and well-being, and having many trials and "a-ha" until you discover what makes you feel grounded and secure. You and I will start this journey by getting connected and unveiling your day-to-day experiences and your overall big picture. We will then meet on a weekly basis for 30 minutes via a video chat to navigate the stepping stones that will lead you to where you want to be. In detail, those steps will be supported by gaining educational information, designing and taking aligned actions, reflecting and gaining personal insight, and navigating roadblocks and challenges as they arise. These pieces are fit to complete your big-picture puzzle as they are cut and designed particularly for you and your specific life.
