I am an Autistic and Genderqueer psychologist offering neurodiversity-affirming assessment and therapy. While I acknowledge and welcome self-identified neurodivergent clients, I also understand the power and meaning that a formal diagnosis - based in robust clinical research - can provide. I offer testing for clients 8 years old+ and therapy for clients 13 years old+, as well as WPATH letters of support for gender affirming healthcare. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, rooted in Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and I use geek therapy interventions as well. I am a huge nerd, Dungeons and Dragons (player and DM) and videogame enthusiast. Many of my clients seek help learning more about themselves, finding ways to unmask and live more authentically, and form lasting, positive relationships.
