Chelsea Johnson

I founded Horizons in 2019 with the with the vision of expanding competent and affirming mental care available to LGBTQIA2S+ individuals in North Carolina. My practice is queer owned and operated at every level, and accept BCBS insurance, Aetna insurance, or "private pay" for services. My passion and focus in my therapeutic work is with queer partnerships, non-normative partnerships including polyamory/ENM, and "building bridges of understanding" between queer youth and their caregivers.
