Chloe Ford

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois and Indiana with over a decade of professional experience. I specialize in working with families during the emotional ups and downs of growing a family—from fertility concerns/alternative methods and pregnancy to postpartum and parenting. My approach is relational, client-centered, and deeply rooted in both my professional training and lived experience. I’m also trained in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and bring deep respect for each person's unique journey. I work with birthing people as well as partners/spouses.
