I am a licensed independent social worker with over a decade of experience in helping folks on their path to recovery. Life has so many challenges and we can often find ourselves struggling to process everything we go through in daily life. I am passionate about providing a safe and warm therapeutic relationship to be able to process trauma, anxiety, relationships, grief and chronic illness. I enjoy using a blend of modalities to best serve your needs and partner together to achieve your goals. I am certified in EMDR therapy and I specialize in trauma-focused and strengths-based treatment for a variety of concerns and life's many challenges. I believe in the uniqueness of every client and I want to work together to facilitate your path to healing.
