You're feeling out of control with your sexual self, or seeking support and understanding while exploring new aspects of your sexuality. I have a masters in counseling, specialize in sex therapy and have experience working with adults, LGBTQ+, as well as eating disorders. As a retired veteran, I also work with transgender service members or their families, helping them to navigate their gender identity in the unique context of military life.
