Hi! I’m a Long Island, NY based registered dietitian nutritionist, registered yoga teacher, and certified intuitive eating counselor and I’m passionate about working with folks for nutrition counseling who have disordered eating and eating disorders who are looking to break free from patterns of dieting and disordered eating and discover freedom with food and their bodies so that they can fully show up for what matters most in their lives. My practice is rooted in the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES®) and fat positivity and is gender affirming and neurodiversity affirming.
