Christina Valdez

Hi! I am a mental health therapist working both in-person and via telehealth in California. I have my own private practice where I specialize in LGBTQ+ populations. Much of my experience is with teenagers (I worked in school settings for the beginning of my therapy career), but for the past few years I've expanded to working across the lifespan and am open to seeing if I'm a good fit for any age individual (though I do not work with minors under 12 years of age). I do predominantly individual therapy sessions but also am available for family therapy.
