Hello! My name is Chris, and I am a clinical psychologist. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I have a doctor of philosophy (PhD) in psychology with an emphasis in clinical psychology. Clinical psychology pertains to the assessment and treatment of mental health disorders and associated problems. I have specialized in trauma-specific interventions to help treat trauma spectrum disorders and associated symptoms. I also am trained in helping individuals be more mindful, improve their ability to communicate effectively, withstand distress, and regulate their emotions.
