I am a gastroenterologist with a focus on disordered gut-brain interaction (conditions likely gastroparesis or irritable bowel syndrome),. I also manage cystic fibrosis related gastrointestinal disease. Finally, I view clinical care, education, and research through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion as it relates to understanding the digestive health of historically marginalized groups like those of limited English proficiency and identifying under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.
