I am a PA practicing full-spectrum family medicine as part of an interprofessional team, offering gender-affirming hormone therapy (initiation, maintenance, microdosing), substance use disorder treatment (Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, oral naltrexone), PrEP/PEP/doxyPEP, HIV/STI testing, contraception/hormonal regulation for people with a uterus (including IUD/Implant), and general primary care services. We have pharmacy, behavioral health, social work, nurses, dental, physical therapy, and dietitians all in-house.
