I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared, board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of Milford Med Spa. Care in our practice is delivered by a collaborative team of experienced nurses and nurse practitioners committed to evidence-based, inclusive, patient-centered care. Our focus includes menopause and perimenopause care, hormone optimization, metabolic health, sexual wellness concerns, and medical aesthetics. We provide insurance-based menopause hormone care, as well as private-pay testosterone optimization for individuals experiencing symptoms of deficiency. Many patients come to us after being told their labs are “normal” despite persistent symptoms; we take a symptom-informed, evidence-based approach to evaluation and management. We have a Spanish-speaking nurse practitioner available for hormone and metabolic visits. Our practice welcomes LGBTQ+ patients and prioritizes respectful, affirming communication. We do not provide gender transition medical management or surgical services, but we offer metabolic and hormone care within our scope and collaborate with outside specialists when appropriate. In aesthetic medicine, we are a safe space for traditional Botox® and dermal filler treatments, including therapeutic Botox for bruxism and underarm hyperhidrosis. I also specialize in gender-affirming filler treatments for facial masculinization and feminization and offer complimentary consultations for these services. Our philosophy is that health, identity, and confidence are deeply connected, and every patient deserves compassionate, informed care.
