My practice is built to feel different from the ten-minute appointments you may be used to. As a solo physician, I'm the person you see at every visit — no rotating providers, no re-explaining your story. At a first visit, expect an unhurried conversation. We'll go through your health history, what's working and what isn't, and what you actually want from your care — then build a plan together, whether that's starting or continuing gender-affirming hormone therapy, addressing a specific concern, or establishing primary care. You'll leave knowing exactly what happens next: any labs, prescriptions, and when we'll follow up. Visits are available in person in Southeast Portland or by telehealth anywhere in Oregon and Washington. Beyond what's listed on my profile, I provide sexual health services including PrEP and doxy-PEP prescribing with routine monitoring, ADHD care and medication management, thyroid and hormone health, and medical weight management including GLP-1 therapy — always weight-inclusive and at your direction. I also welcome patients who simply want an affirming primary care doctor for everyday needs. The practice is direct-pay with transparent pricing posted on my website, so there are no surprise bills for visits; labs, imaging, and prescriptions still run through your insurance. New patients are typically seen within the week.
