Danielle Moreau

I am a pelvic health physical therapist in Rhode Island, and practice owner at Cultivate Pelvic Health and Physical Therapy. I have been practicing in the field since 2018, and am here to help any person with a pelvis who is experiencing issues with pooping, peeing, sex, or pelvic pain, as well as pre-and post-rehabilitation for gender affirming surgical procedures. I am passionate about creating a safe and affirming space for all of my patients and prioritize patient autonomy and choice.
