Darell Hawley

I am a board certified family medicine doctor, working for patients 16 and older. In addition to classic primary care, I have a special focus in HIV and Hepatitis C treatment and prevention, and chronic management of substance use disorders. I also provide gynecology services, birth control counseling (including IUD and Nexplanon placement). For patients over 18 years old, I am very comfortable starting and managing hormonal treatment for gender affirming care. I strive to create a relationship with my patients where they feel heard, respected and empowered.
