I am a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with more than 17 years of experience in healthcare. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Seattle University. Before that, I worked as a Board-Certified Emergency Department nurse on the front lines, providing trauma-informed care to everyone. I have made it my mission to work to destigmatize mental health care and enhance mental wellness for diverse populations. My clinical focus encompasses depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, bipolar, and OCD, as well as optimizing mental health for Veterans and first responders. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can explore their unique concerns, needs, and treatment goals. My practice is distinguished by its personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based mental healthcare. These plans include psychiatric assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, and integrative therapy.
