My name is David, and I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified case manager with 15 years of experience in the medical and mental health field. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University, specializing in healthcare, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, where I graduated with high honors from the School of Social Welfare. Throughout my career, I have devoted myself to helping clients overcome life's struggles in the healthcare and mental health industry. I am licensed in NY, FL and NJ. I am trained to employ a variety of techniques, which include cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and other related disorders. I also have special interests in LGBTQ+ related issues, health care professionals and coaching. All of my techniques are compassion-focused, person-centered, solution-oriented, and strength-based therapies. Therapy is a powerful tool for living authentically.
