Hi :) I'm a queer therapist, a Queens, NY native, and just a down-to-earth human with a therapy license! I work with LGBTQ+ folks and anyone navigating trauma, OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, or big life transitions. I'll always show up as a real human and bring personalty to the room, tell you the things you need to hear (even when it can be hard), and love using humor - yes, we can laugh while we heal! In your first session, we'll chat about what you're wanting to work on, gather a little bit of your history, and identify what you want to get out of therapy. We'll work together to make sessions tailored to YOU, so that you get what you need & start seeing the changes you want!
