I am somatically focused with an emphasis on parts work. My position as a therapist is fundamentally relational and integrative, meaning our work together centers on maintaining a strong relationship rooted in compassionate care that is responsive to your needs. Our first session together will focus on getting to know you better as a person, as well as your priorities in therapy.
