Devon Pelto

I am a transgender parent and Licensed Clinical Social Associate, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate, Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I work with adolescent and adult trans/queer clients, specializing in treating substance use, Complex PTSD, and difficulties around parenting and relationships. I offer a gender-affirming, trauma-informed, kink-affirming, and poly-friendly space where clients can explore their experiences without judgement. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Harm Reduction. I also enjoy integrating creative and complementary tools like movement, mindfulness, and tarot to support healing and growth.
