Dina Bdaiwi
Hi! I’m Dina, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor deeply passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to heal and grow. I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating life transitions, disordered eating, body image concerns, complex trauma, identity exploration, and relationship dynamics, especially within cultural, intergenerational, and systemic contexts. My approach is integrative, grounded in narrative therapy, feminist theory, queer theory, relational-cultural work, and trauma-informed modalities. I also incorporate EMDR and Brainspotting for deeper nervous system and somatic healing. I care deeply about how our stories, bodies, relationships, and histories shape who we are and how we can reclaim and rewrite them on our own terms. In session, you can expect curiosity, gentle challenges, and collaborative care. I’m especially passionate about working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first-gen individuals; centering culture, liberation, and joy in the healing process. Therapy with me is a co-created space that honors your truth and supports your unique path forward.
