Dorothy Nappi

I'm Dorothy and my pronouns are she/her. I have an anti-racist, queer-affirming, inclusive therapy practice. I practice from a client centered somatic and strengths based focus - we are all just humans trying to figure out how to navigate life. My therapy style is a combination of understanding and validating causes and developing a plan to cope and build a life that you experience as worth living. I take a mindfulness based approach utilizing a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I specialize in treatment of trauma related disorders as well as depression and anxiety.
