Douglas Cunningham
Dr. Douglas L. Cunningham is a Board-certified Family Physician from Phoenix, AZ. He completed his undergraduate degree at Loma Linda University, Riverside and received his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of Health Sciences, Kansas City, followed by an Internship and Family Practice Residency at Phoenix General Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Cunningham is board certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Dr. Cunningham currently practices primary and preventative healthcare with a focus on HIV/AIDS, PrEP, PEP, and HIV clinical research. He currently lectures extensively on HIV both nationally and internationally. For the past 25 years, he has been providing care targeted at the specific medical and emotional needs of HIV‐positive patients and the LGBTQ community. Dr. Cunningham is an associate professor at A.T. Still, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa Arizona. Additionally, Dr. Cunningham served ten years as President of the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners.
