Eileen Cheong
I have over 10 years experience using art therapy and person-centered counseling with young and old, those going through medical treatment, experiencing anxiety, depression or grief, as well as with histories of immigrant and refugee migration. I have an emphasis on professionals in social justice and caregiving fields at risk of compassion fatigue, LGBTQ youth, gender affirming therapy, complex and uncomplicated post-traumatic stress disorder as well as life transitions. I set up my private practice to be more available to people of the global majority and those intersecting with queer identities who seek support from a provider with trauma-informed care approaches.
