I believe that the client is the expert on themselves. Together, we can work to build a path forward to address whatever you're going through. As a trauma therapist and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I understand how important it is to have a safe space to process through your experiences and become more present with your authentic self. In regards to education, I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from The Ohio State University and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. I have worked as a counselor since 2020, providing care to a variety of clients, including those in the LGBTQIA+ population, trans affirming care, residential treatment, community mental health, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, substance use recovery, and others. My clinical passions have consistently been working with trauma treatment in adults and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
