My approach is warm, compassionate, and authentic, creating a therapeutic relationship that feels like a safe, sacred, and moving space. practice is deeply rooted in liberation and social justice principles, with careful attention to the social, cultural, historical, and political power dynamics that shape our experiences. I help guide clients towards radical acceptance of fundamental truths: that as humans we will experience sickness, change, and grow older- and that we can discover our power to move through life with intention and playfulness along the way. I love working with elders (self-defined), caregivers, people facing death and their loved ones, people experiencing grief, people of LGBTQ+ experience, people of diasporic/immigrant experience, intergenerational pairs, and friend pairs.
