Elyse Hall

Hi, I’m Elyse. I’m a therapist, and I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and parents work through the many transitions of high school, college, career, and family. My goal in our sessions is to help you define who you are, what’s important to you, and what you want out of life. We will also work together to develop tools to manage life’s everyday challenges. If you’re stressed about school, trying to puzzle together a family life that doesn't leave you exhausted, or just trying to figure out this whole “adulting” thing, I’m here to help.
