Sprout Therapy PDX is a Portland-based outpatient mental health practice built for people who've been told — directly or indirectly — that they're too much, too complicated, or too different to deserve good care. We don't believe that.We offer affirming, high-quality therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families of every configuration — including adults, teens, and kids. Our clinicians are trained in the specific experiences and stressors that come with queer and trans identity, and many of them share those identities themselves.We have two neighborhood locations in Portland (St. Johns and North Tabor) and see clients statewide via telehealth.
