About Me I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about creating a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space for clients age 12 and up. I have a special passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting clients as they navigate identity, relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. What to Expect Your first session will focus on getting to know you, completing an initial assessment, and developing a treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals. Therapy is collaborative and you'll always have a voice in your care. My Approach I provide individualized, evidence-based therapy utilizing EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are while creating a space where you are while creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and comfortable being authentically you.
