Emma Snyder

I provide genetic counseling to adults with a personal or family history of cancer. I also support general adult genetics services at the University of Washington Medical Center. I believe in a patient-centered approach and utilize shared decision-making with my patients. Specifically, I aim to support folks in making decisions about what is best for them and their healthcare goals, and to help folks understand how genetics may (or may not) play a role in those goals. I aim to provide care through the lenses of LGBTQ+ affirming care, disability justice, and racial justice to promote a truly inclusive practice.
