Areas of specialty include LGBTQ concerns, women's issues, emotional regulation/mood disorders, coping with life changes & identity development focusing on the whole person. I can provide you with a non-judgmental place to process your concerns and gain coping skills as you discover and embrace your authentic self and strengthen your relationships, on the path to your best life. I take an affirming approach to concerns such as coming out, relationships, gender transition, and spirituality. I also specialize in LGBTQ couples counseling. In person and virtual appointments available (for those in New York state).
