Eric Smiltneek

My primary mission as a physician is to help people reach their health goals. My exam room is designed to be a safe and confidential space for patients to feel comfortable being open about challenges they face. I am family doctor that received extra training in addiction medicine. I was born, raised and received medical training in Wisconsin. I worked for the AIDs foundation of Chicago and lived in the North Halstead Neighborhood in the early 2000s. I enjoy many sports and am most passionate about sailing and ice hockey. In the winter, I am usually on the ice and the one with pride tape on my hockey stick. I have experience with PrEP, PEP, and DoxyPEP. I also am experienced with gender affirming hormone therapy.
