Tidal Grove Counseling provides affirming, trauma-informed mental health care for LGBTQ+ individuals, adolescents, families and their loved ones. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore identity, relationships, anxiety, mood concerns, life transitions, and stress related to school, family, or systems of care. Clients can expect a collaborative and compassionate approach grounded in evidence-based practices, with attention to cultural humility and lived experience. Services are tailored to each individual’s goals and strengths.
