I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UW-Stevens Point and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from UW-Stout. I practice primarily from a person-centered approach and use evidence-based strategies within cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to assist clients in growing and developing lifelong skills to overcome various obstacles.
