Erin Maxfield

I currently practice adult primary care and addiction medicine as part of an independent, physician-owned, community-based primary care practice. My practice style is delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed healthcare, partnering with the patient--who is an integral member of the healthcare team. I have extensive experience serving on medical ethics committees, educating learners as clinical faculty at top medical and allied health schools, medical directorship, street medicine, and volunteering for several humanitarian non-profits, both domestic and international.
