Erin McBride
Erin is a lifelong Oklahoma resident having grown up in Claremore, OK. After graduating high school, Erin attended the University of Central Oklahoma and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. During nursing school, Erin started working at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center and loved the patient population so much that she continued working there after earning her RN license. After several years of acting as charge nurse and caring for a wide variety of patients, Erin decided that she wanted more independence in her ability to care for the people she came into contact with and have the chance to build a longer lasting relationship with patients while trying to improve their quality of life. In early 2016, Erin started at Clarkson College and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner. Erin is nationally certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Erin enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ community in every capacity. She understands that every patient is different and each person may have different needs. Erin continues to live in the Oklahoma City metro area and enjoys spending time with friends, her beloved dogs, exercising, cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
