Hi there! I'm Erin and I'm a Naturopathic Doctor based in Downtown St. John's, NL. My favourite things to treat (but certainly not limited to) are hormonal and digestive health (aka poops n periods!). My approach is to give you all the tools to fill the gaps in the foundation so that you can create your healthiest self in a simple way. I am human, you are human, and therefore, perfection in treatment is not a requirement. In your first visit, we spend 75 minutes going over your entire health history - top to bottom and back to front. We look at all facets of health and all systems in the body before having a discussion about how to get you where you want to be.
