About my approach: I use EMDR, Narrative, Emotion-Focused, and attachment-based approaches — all grounded in cultural humility. But honestly? My clients usually come in expecting someone serious and clinical. Then they realize I laugh easily, I swear sometimes, and yes, I will absolutely do a mini chair-dance when you hit a milestone. About me: I'm a first-generation Latinx, LGBTQIA+ woman who grew up in a multigenerational household where family, community, and education weren't just values — they were survival.
