I believe we all deserve a safe space to learn, to grow, and to evolve. I have had personal challenges with identity, belonging, and self-acceptance and the anxiety and feelings that come along with that. I have adopted coping methods that work for me, but I do not assume they work for everyone. That is why I always listen without judgement and ask about who you are, how you've live, and what you want to achieve. I am not here to force annyone into a pre-determined, cookie-cutter existence. I am here to help folx cope with the things they cannot or will not change and to find ways to address the things they do want to modify. Everyone creates their own coping mechanisms. With high stress, societal chaos, or developmental changes, old skills can become less affective. I love to help folx develop new skills and/or identify and remove the barriers blocking current skills.
