I incorporate a strength-based, solution driven style of intervention that activates individuals to make progressive change. I am direct and figure that people coming in do not need someone to "beat around the bush." I facilitate a safe environment in which one can develop an honest relationship with themselves to live each day better. Currently, I am maintaining a virtual practice although in person sessions may be possible in the future. Welcoming clients from ND as well.
