I specialize in treating individuals with eating disorders, body dissatisfaction, depression, anxiety, and sexual orientation. I use evidence-based therapy such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and exposure therapy. I run a group for individuals 18+ who have eating disorders and are looking for a safe space to discuss their struggles with others who can relate.
