Hannah Coulter
I have experience working with adults and teens and especially enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodiverse humans. I am passionate about treating anxiety, depression, interpersonal trauma, gender and sexual identity exploration, religious abuse, and life transitions. Embarking on the journey of healing can feel like traveling without a map. It is both terrifying and beautiful. I believe that no matter how difficult it may seem, every person is capable of healing, growth, and resilience. I pull from a variety of treatment approaches that value emotional exploration, promote curiosity and openness, and demystify shame. I bring humor into therapy and believe in the quote "People make sense in context." I seek to cultivate a space where my clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their internal and external worlds. I believe each of us has an inherent ability to heal and traverse this wild adventure we call life. Therapy is a space to imagine and work towards the growth you have been desiring. Please contact me via e-mail to discuss setting up an appointment and have any questions answered about starting therapy.
