Hannah Gilfix
On the outside, you may seem like you have it all together, but internally your mind won’t slow down. Even if you’re thriving in school, career, relationships, or new parenthood, you might find yourself overthinking, replaying conversations, worrying about the future, or struggling with intrusive thoughts. Anxiety and OCD can make even everyday decisions feel exhausting, especially while navigating major life transitions like career pressure, relationships, fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum adjustment. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, college students, young professionals, and women navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, infertility-related stress, and postpartum anxiety. Using CBT and ERP, we work to quiet intrusive thoughts, reduce overthinking, and build practical coping tools so you can feel more grounded and in control of your mind. I understand how isolating anxiety can feel—especially when you’re holding a lot internally while appearing “fine” on the outside or navigating identity, relationships, or family stress in a world that doesn’t always feel affirming. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself. If you’re looking for a supportive, affirming space to feel calmer and more steady, I’d be glad to connect.
