Hannah Rose Brown
I welcome clients of all ages and have particular expertise in treating tweens and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, and mindfulness techniques to meet you where you are with the techniques that work best for you. My goal is to create a space where you can work on what is most meaningful to you without worrying about judgment or needing to have everything figured out. I want to create a warm and caring atmosphere where you feel genuinely understood. Together, we may explore difficult experiences, identify patterns shaped by past events, and learn coping skills to help regulate your nervous system. Sessions with younger children may include games and creative activities that allow them to express themselves naturally. We will go at a pace that feels right for you.
