I am grateful to partner with patients on their wellness journey. EVERYONE is provided a safe space in my office. I provide primary care across the lifespan with some focus in chronic disease management (such as diabetes, COPD), wellness, weight management, telemedicine, mental health, and reproductive health. I do not perform surgery. Our clinic does not specialize in hormone therapy for gender-affirming care at this time. HOWEVER, all persons are welcome here and we will refer as needed for specialty care that is beyond our expertise.
