Counseling is self-work and can be created by what you want and need. We will work together to tackle the issues you feel are impacting your life. I am licensed in Rhode Island, New York, and Vermont (RI #MHC01033, NY #012682, VT# 068.0135547, VA #0701014363, MA #LMHC10003191, MD# LC17378). I am doing telehealth in those 6 states at the moment. I work with a variety of ages and have extensive experience working with children and adolescents. I have been trained in EMDR, various trauma and somatic approaches, Family-Based Eating Disorder Treatment, CBT-Enhanced for Eating Disorders, Eating Disorder Harm Reduction, TF-CBT, and DBT. I also tend to use emotional and person-centered approaches, ACT, liberation, and a Harm Reduction lens. I believe in HAES, however have deep concerns. I tend to utilize a biopsychosocial perspective of mental health and think of treatment beyond talking! Movement, sleeping, eating enough, rest, liberation, creativity, routine, & socializing can improve mental health.
