I am a dually board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) founded on the belief that mental healthcare must be inclusive, affirming, and holistic. I understand that seeking help can be difficult, so our first session is designed to be a low-pressure, collaborative conversation held via a secure telehealth video platform. During this 60-minute visit, we will explore the specific concerns that brought you to care, review your medical and mental health history, and discuss your goals for wellness. We will also look at the 'whole picture'—connecting your mind, body, and lifestyle. You will have ample time to ask questions about my approach to medication management and integrative mental health. By the end of the session, we will co-create a personalized treatment plan that feels right for you. There is no 'one-size-fits-all' here; my approach is always evidence-based, client-centered, and fully affirming of your identity.
