Hi, I'm Indy (they/them). I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona providing affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals, relationship-diverse clients, and adults navigating chronic illness, disability, identity exploration, stress, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on creating a space where clients can show up authentically without needing to explain or defend who they are. I work from an inclusive, client-centered perspective and value helping people build self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change at their own pace. I offer telehealth services across the state of Arizona and in-person appointments in Sierra Vista.
